What if there is bad weather?

No inflatable should be used in winds above 24 mph (38 kmph). If winds exceed this, or weather is deemed unsafe, we will be happy to transfer your booking and any payment made to a future date if available.

We do not allow equipment outside from the 1st October to the 28th March

Can I pay a deposit?

All bookings require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date. Please see our Ts&Cs for more info

Is there anything else I need to know?

Absolutely no smoking or vaping near the dome.

No open flames.

The dome is 20ft x 20ft x 13ft height so there needs to be an adequate grass area for this to be pegged in
Typically, we need access via a side gate through to the grassed area (In exceptional circumstances we can bring through the house if enough room)
We supply all electrical equipment but we don't operate off of a generator so we need access to plug via our extension cables (all equipment is PAT tested)
We do require a damage deposit which is fully refundable

Do we have insurance?

Yes - we hold Public Libaility Inusrance

How does the dome work?

Electrical points with standard plug sockets are required near to where the dome is going for your event, if the electrical point exceeds 20 metres from where the dome will be please notify when booking.

Who is responsible?

A responsible adult over the age of 18 must be supervising the dome at all times to ensure it is being used safely and the T&C's are being followed.

The responsible adult must watch for careless or reckless behavior at all times and remove any persons misusing the equipment.

Any loss or damage caused while the equipment is on hire will be the hirees responsibility and we will invoice the hiree to pay for any loss or damage.
