Let's Party Surrey Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to hire with Let’s Party Surrey.

Please ensure you read and understand the following Terms & Conditions in full. By hiring from Let’s Party Surrey, you (the hirer) agree to comply with all terms listed below, including the safe use of equipment, active supervision of children, and adherence to all safety guidelines.

Failure to follow these Terms may result in additional charges or removal of equipment without refund.

Please note that use of the the dome and any other equipment hired through Let’s Party Surrey is at the hirer’s own risk

·    £50 deposit/booking fee required to secure your booking via BACS.

·    Balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date / date of installation.

·   A damage deposit of £250 is required no later than 7 days before the event date / date of installation which will be refunded after full inspection within 7 days of collection.

·    Mutually convenient delivery/collection times will be arranged.

·    Have the dome deflated and wiped clean for collection.

·    Cleaning fee applies if left dirty (mud, food, drink, etc.).

·    Full replacement cost of £850 applies for irreparable damage.

·    A tarpaulin may be provided for dome coverage after-use.

·    Unsafe weather: your booking is transferable once within a year (subject to availability).

·    Bookings can be moved once with 2 weeks’ notice. After that your initial deposit will be forfeited and each subsequent booking change will require a new deposit of £50.

·    Cancellations within 1 month: no refund, 50% of balance due.

·    Cancellations within 2 weeks: full balance due.

·    Schools must have an indoor backup plan (e.g. hall).

·    If rescheduling due to weather and no indoor space is available, booking can be transferred once within 3 months.

·    Other cancellations follow standard policy.

·    All rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

·    Outdoor hire available March 1 – October 1 (unless otherwise stated).

·    No refunds for rain during hire. Hiring outdoors is at hirer's risk.

·    Dome can be used during light showers only at the discretion of the hirer. 

·    Bookings will be postponed if wind exceeds 24mph or rain is heavy - in such circumstances, we reserve the right to request that the dome be deflated mid way through hire and this must be complied with for the safety of all those concerned

·    It is at the discretion of Let’s Party Surrey if the booking can go ahead during bad weather. We will always endeavour to rearrange your booking. If the booking cannot go ahead due to high winds/unsafe weather we are happy to transfer your booking and any payment made to a future date, however this can only be transferred once. You have a year to re-book from the original booked date. This is subject to availability. In the event that your booking needs to be cancelled by Let’s Party Surrey due to bad weather and it cannot be rebooked, we will refund the full balance to the hirer less the deposit.

·    The inflatable dome is 20ft x 20ft and requires adequate surrounding space of at least 5ft. The dome’s height is 13ft at its peak and therefore requires at least 5ft of vertical space above it. We cannot install the dome in smaller spaces so please check you have enough space to accommodate the dome before paying the deposit. If we arrive at the venue and there is not enough space for the dome, a refund will not be made.

·    Venue must have suitable parking/access. Parking must be within 10 metres of the setup location with access of 1.5 metres width to ensure the dome can be moved to the setup location. For outside bookings, typically we will not be able to transport the dome to the setup location through an indoor walkway due to its size and weight and therefore will require a side gate of at least 1.5m width 

·    School bookings may require field access by vehicle.

·    No refunds for electrical issues/lack of power.

·    Our equipment including the dome is not powered using a generator so requires access to 1 standard mains plug socket within 20m of the setup location.

·    Blowers make noise and must remain on during use of the dome.

·    Abuse or violation of terms results in cancellation without refund.

·    Public Liability Insurance certificate available on request.

·    Responsible adult (18+) must supervise at all times.

·    No smoking, vaping, or open flames near or inside the dome.

·    Dome must be pegged into real grass for outdoor use.

·    Do not move the dome once set up.

·    No communal areas allowed unless written permission provided.

·    Hirer is responsible until the dome is collected.

·    No climbing on dome walls. 

·    Keep children away from the blower.

·    Clear access required for delivery/collection.

·    Blower vent must stay clear; do not cover or unplug.

·    Ensure equipment fits in the space. No refunds if it doesn't.

Let’s Party Surrey has the final decision on all health and safety, installation and setup matters.

·    Keep liquids away from the PA system.

·    Brief demo will be provided for Bluetooth connection and use.

·    Do not move disco lights or fog machine after setup.

·    Brief demo will be provided for safe use.

·    Use of the the dome and any other equipment hired through Let’s Party Surrey is at the hirer’s own risk

·    Responsible adult must monitor for reckless or unsafe behavior.

·    Anyone misusing the equipment must be removed immediately

·    The dome and all associated equipment is used by the hirer at their own risk. Let’s Party Surrey will not be held liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage incurred whilst using the dome or associated equipment.

·  PLEASE NOTE, lost or damaged balls will be chargeable at £20 per ball.

·    Have the Kick’N’Stick deflated and wiped clean for collection.

·    Cleaning fee applies if left dirty (mud, food, drink, etc.).

·    Full replacement cost of £400 applies for irreparable damage.

·    The Hirer is responsible for ensuring users wear suitable footwear and that slippery conditions are monitored.

·    Velcro functionality may be reduced during wet weather conditions. The equipment is not intended for use during heavy rain or prolonged wet weather.

·    The Kick‘N’Stick is 12ft wide x 10ft high x 7ft deep and requires adequate surrounding space of at least 3ft. We cannot install the Kick’N’Stick in smaller spaces so please check you have enough space to accommodate the Lick’N’Stick before paying the deposit. If we arrive at the venue and there is not enough space for the Kick’N’Stick, a refund will not be made.

·    Balls lodged beyond safe reach must only be retrieved using approved retrieval equipment. Climbing on the inflatable is strictly prohibited.

·    Public Liability Insurance certificate available on request.

·    Responsible adult (18+) must supervise at all times.

·    No smoking, vaping, or open flames near the Kick’N’Stick.

·    Kick’N’Stick must be pegged into real grass for outdoor use.

·    Do not move the Kick’N’Stick once set up.

·    No communal areas allowed unless written permission provided.

·    Hirer is responsible until Kick’N’Stick is collected.

·    No climbing on the Kick’N’Stick. 

·    Keep children away from the blower.

·    Clear access required for delivery/collection.

·    Blower vent must stay clear; do not cover or unplug.

·    Ensure equipment fits in the space. No refunds if it doesn't.
